The People Stack was established in 2016. Your coaches and Co-CEOs (who also happen to be married) are Jen Bunk and Rob Allen.

 

Dr. Jen Bunk earned her Ph.D. in I/O Psychology (a.k.a. The Science of Work). She is a retired Associate Professor and an accomplished coach, speaker, & researcher.

 

Rob Allen's former life involved two decades of experience in various tech leadership positions building & leading impactful, cohesive teams, turning wild-west-style organizations into professional powerhouses by leading new initiatives through to broader adoption.

 

Jen and Rob have used their decades of experience (leaning on decades of scientific research) to coach hundreds of tech leaders to create their dream careers - and the dream lives that go with them.

I think that what is beneficial about having career coaches, like Jen and Rob, is that they are there as a third party for you trying to come at it from a non-biased perspective.  It was also really valuable getting feedback like, 'That's bullshit you need to change it' and 'That's just a platitude.
