If I'm being completely honest with you—and when am I not?—I didn't create this community for you.

I created it for me.

Because I'm lonely.

And I have a feeling you might be too.

I spend my days in 1:1 coaching sessions with tech leaders who are navigating impossible ethical decisions. Leaders who call me because they're the only ones in their company asking, "But what about the impact on people?"

Leaders who lie awake at night wondering if they're crazy for caring so much about doing the right thing.

And here's what's strange: Even though I'm helping these incredible humans transform their leadership and create real change, at the end of the day, there's a part of me that feels... empty.

Because as powerful as those individual transformations are, I'm craving something more. Something I can't get from even the most successful 1:1 coaching relationship.

I'm craving community.

My husband Rob is a tech leader himself. He leads with the same integrity and honor that I teach my clients.

We talk about these challenges every single day—the impossible decisions, the pressure to compromise, the loneliness of being the adults in the room when everyone else seems to have lost their moral compass.

Some nights, lying in bed after another day of coaching leaders through ethical dilemmas they should never have to face alone, it feels like we're the only two people on the planet (besides our clients) who still believe that you can be successful AND honorable.

That you can hit your targets AND sleep well at night.

That leadership doesn't have to mean selling your soul.

And that realization broke my heart.

Because I know there are more of us out there. I coach them every day. But they're scattered across companies, isolated in their integrity, carrying the weight of doing right in a world that often rewards doing wrong.

They're renegades, just like you might be. Just like I am.

And renegades, by definition, don't run with the pack.

But what if we could create our own pack?

I realized I was trying to solve loneliness with more 1:1 sessions, when what my soul was craving was the electricity of being in a room (virtual or otherwise) full of people who GET IT.

Who understand why you'd rather take the heat than compromise your values.

Who don't roll their eyes when you ask, "But is this right?"

Who celebrate wins that actually matter, not just metrics that look good on a dashboard.

I need this community as much as you do. Maybe more.

After years of coaching—both individually and in groups—I've learned something profound:

When good leaders connect with other good leaders, magic happens.

Not just individual growth, but collective courage. Not just personal breakthroughs, but systemic change.

I've seen it happen before. I know what's possible when ethical leaders stop operating in isolation.

But COVID shifted everything toward more individual work, and that group magic... it fizzled. I let it fizzle.

And I miss it desperately.

The leaders I coach are phenomenal humans making an incredible impact. But too many of them are doing it alone, carrying the weight of their integrity in isolation.

And I'm tired of watching that happen.

I'm tired of being the only person in their corner when they should have an entire community cheering them on.

I'm tired of sending them back into toxic cultures with just our coaching session as their armor.

I'm tired of knowing there are hundreds of leaders out there who share our values but have never met each other.

This isn't just a professional development program. This is my attempt to cure the loneliness epidemic among tech leaders who actually give a damn.

This is where we come together—not to eliminate the chaos, but to face it with our values intact AND with each other's support.

To celebrate leaders who choose the harder right over the easier wrong. To remind each other that we're not crazy for caring this much.

This is The Resistance.
